Choose your car

The car you rent will be your adventure buddy as well as your home for the time being. Choose wisely, although we are sure you won’t have any problems with finding the right choice for you in our fleet.

Choose extras

Additional driver, baby seat, extra duvet, extra pillow, sleeping bag? No problem! We choose extra comfort all the way.

Enter your flight number & the landing time

When booking the vehicle, enter your flight number with the landing time. If the plane is late, we will know about it and you won’t have to inform us.

Confirm your order

Make sure you filled out everything correctly and then just hit the button!

Picking up the car from the airport

Our driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall

The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with an ICEPOL logo. If you don’t see the driver there, just wait a little bit, he will arrive. You don’t have to go looking for him outside of the hall.

The car is handed over in the ICEPOL headquarters

Our driver will take you to the ICEPOL headquarters and everything will be handled there.

Returning the car

Return the car in the ICEPOL headquarters

You will return the car back in the ICEPOL headquarters. It is best to arrive there 2,5 hours before the time of your departure.

Take the shuttle bus to the airport

From our office we will transport you to the airport. It takes only 8 min drive!
